AI Use Policy

Pryze US LLC uses AI in a limited number of supporting tasks. This policy describes that use for the pre-launch site and the retail experience under development.
Where we use AI
Illustrative box artwork and some background art in the app are generated with AI tools. Support replies may be drafted with AI assistance and are reviewed by a person before they are sent. The box artwork shown on this holding page is illustrative concept artwork.
Where we never use AI
AI is not intended to decide box contents, selection information, product values, balances, payments, identity decisions, or customer eligibility. Any such future retail operations will use defined business rules and server-side systems rather than generative AI.
Labelling AI images
Artwork produced with AI is illustrative of the box, not of a specific prize. Prize photography reflects the real item. Where the distinction matters on a screen, we label it.
Your data and AI
We do not use your personal data, purchase history, or support conversations to train AI models, and we do not send identity documents to any AI service.
